COD-1885  Cirrato Ticket Server service caused high CPU usage when the Cirrato license expired.

COD-1871  Counter programs failed if they used an OID that was encrypted in the Cirrato database.

COD-1870  Disabling the WebGUI "Pull Print" tab in Configuration Manager did not take effect on the QueueManager in the web
