The H1 header tag is usually reserved for the title of a page and will most likely be the largest text on a page. There are other H tags as well (H2, H3, H4, etc.). If I have a long testimonial that goes on and on, I’ll use this long quote so my testimonial doesn’t take up half the page. But then again, if I don’t have much page content then maybe the standard short quote will help fill out the space.
