LRS customer user groups 2019
For a number of years, LRS has been hosting user groups; a great place for our sales and technical people meet with customers. These events give us an opportunity to share our new developments, but also to discuss market requirements and trends such as cloud, mobile printing, digital data distribution and print server consolidation. Where applicable, we explain how LRS solutions fit in with these trends, either in the short term or the near future.
But it’s not all business. There is also the social interaction. We are all passionate about printing, and if ever there was a time to share thoughts with like-minded people, this is it!
So what’s the point of this Blog post? Well, we’ve just scheduled our European user groups, and we wanted to get the word out to our valued customers.
Why join the LRS user group?
Our development has always been based on customer input, starting back in 1979 when LRS was first founded. Though our product suite has evolved a lot since then, our basic philosophy is the same: we provide large enterprises with an output and print management solution that grows with them as their needs change. At each of the user groups, our Director of Product Management, Brent Black, presents the product roadmap. He reviews all the new enhancements, the reasons behind each addition to our LRS suite of solutions, and how they benefit our existing and future customers. Each user group event includes time for demos where attendees can see some of the new features in action.
During the month of January, we will host conferences in London, Stockholm and Paris. These will be followed by events in Spain and Italy. At the end of the year we will host another two conferences in Switzerland and Germany.
Strengthening relationships and growing together
We encourage you to come join us and hear what we have in store for all of our customers. These events are also your chance to connect with us directly and let us know how we can help you meet your organization’s needs. The user groups are a two-way communication — information combined with social interaction.
Come meet your LRS team, and more importantly, other LRS customers who often have been using our products for many years. We benefit a lot from their experience, and you will too.
