CHELTENHAM, U.K. – September 29, 2015 –Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS), an SAP partner, will participate at the SAP TechEd conference being held Nov. 10-12 in Barcelona.
The SAP TechEd conference focuses on technology with an emphasis on collaboration and hands-on workshops, going beyond technical education.
LRS® software helps organizations that run SAP® solutions to simplify the IT infrastructure needed to capture, store, control, and distribute all their document output, to improve document delivery to mobile devices and to reduce the costs related to business interruptions. LRS provides its output management solutions to many of the world’s largest SAP customers.
“Output and print management in most enterprises is complex, expensive to manage, and has the potential to cause failures in business processes,” says James Masters, Vice President LRS EOM EMEA. “LRS helps organizations simplify IT. Our approach is to help organizations decouple the output and print architecture from today’s SAP applications to support standardization and simplification initiatives and enable them to be more agile in today’s business environment.”
LRS has a solid track record of helping customers with SAP. One customer in particular, a worldwide manufacturing organization, manages document output enterprise-wide including output from all SAP systems and windows clients of the manufacturer worldwide, by using the highly scalable LRS software as a document process layer. This enabled the removal of several hundred Windows® print servers and established a clear and non-complex printing infrastructure. The company thereby significantly reduced operational costs required to manage the print infrastructure. The standardized LRS solution for output process management provides a solid base to implement other innovation like accounting for all output, printer hardware vendor independence and pull printing flexibility in managed print service initiatives.
