About Karl Swain

Karl Swain is a Senior Partner Development Manager at LRS, based in Eagle, Idaho. With more than 25 years in the technology industry, he helps partners build strong relationships and gives sales teams practical tools to succeed. Before joining LRS in 2017, Karl spent nearly two decades at Capella Technologies in sales and channel leadership roles. Outside of work, he volunteers at Trout Unlimited Kids Camp and Idaho2Fly retreats for men with cancer, sharing his love of fly fishing and the outdoors.
