On March 25th and 26th, LRS Solutions Architect Guy Tucker led our Spring 2026 Product Update webinars for customers in North America and EMEA, respectively. His 30-minute presentation outlined how our new LRS Cloud Print and Scan solutions deliver a modern, secure, and reliable approach to Enterprise Output Management (EOM) in cloud and hybrid environments.

The value proposition of the LRS Cloud Print and Scan solution is simple: deliver Cloud-based enterprise print and scan functions with the same high level of reliability, flexibility, extensibility, scalability, and security as our flagship on-premise solutions have been providing for decades. The webinar explained how our Mission Control platform provides a multi-tenant access point to underlying EOM functions, while segregating the document functions themselves into separate tenants for improved security.

This ‘security-first’ approach, combines the best of both SaaS-based global access and a zero-trust approach to restricting document access. The unique architecture underlying the LRS Cloud Print and Scan solution aids in compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements while minimizing attack surfaces to lower the risk of data breaches.

This product update webinar also covered enhancements to LRS’ Personal Print Manager client to support driverless printing in keeping with the growing adoption of Windows Protected Print (WPP) mode and Microsoft’s impending end of support for 3rd party device drivers. LRS’ ongoing involvement in the Mopria appliance and other topics were also discussed.

Although the North American and EMEA Product Update live events are now complete, customers in the Asia-Pacific region can still register here for the LRS Spring 2026 Product Webinar on April 1st at 3:30-4pm Australian Eastern Standard time. Those who missed the event for their region or wish to view it again can register to view the Product Update Webinar recording here.
