About Rebecca O'Connell

Rebecca O’Connell has been a mainframe software developer at LRS for more than 33 years and currently leads the mainframe product development team for the EOM division. Throughout her career, she has learned from many exceptional mainframe professionals and is passionate about passing on her knowledge and enthusiasm for the IBM Z platform to the next generation of developers.  Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and cheering on her favorite sports team, the Chicago Cubs.
